About the course

This 2.5-hour workshop is divided into six segments (plus an introduction and a bonus welcome meditation).  Each segment explores a key themes from the book, and I break them down in a digestible way. After each teaching, you’ll be guided through a mindfulness practice to help you pause, embody, and integrate what you’ve just learned. In other words: the workshop includes 7 guided mindfulness practices (all 9-12 minutes long). No prior meditation experience needed! Once you purchase it, it'll be yours to keep forever. You can return to these practices whenever you need them.

About me

Hi, I’m Meg! I’m a licensed psychotherapist and the author of the New York Times bestselling book, Are You Mad at Me?. I created this workshop because personally and clinically, I know how important it is to move beyond just understanding healing - and to actually practice it. I learn best by slowing down and trying things on in real time, and that’s exactly the kind of space I wanted to create here: one where we can pause, breathe, and gently practice new ways of being — together.

The fawn response disconnects us from ourselves. Let's come back.

Join me as we learn, pause, and practice — so you don’t just understand these shifts, you truly feel them in your own life. I’ll be right there with you, guiding each step.
